Professional Summary
I am a frontend engineer with more than ten years of experience turning complex requirements into executable systems and owning delivery from architecture through post-launch operation.
Across finance, media, semiconductor equipment, commerce, and mobile products, I have worked on new product delivery, legacy migration, and operational stabilization. My role has rarely stopped at implementing assigned screens. I first clarify the product objective and constraints, translate requirements into executable work, and establish the architecture and engineering standards needed for the team to deliver consistently.
At Hankook Ilbo, I led two article-administration products from requirements analysis through architecture, implementation, and deployment. At UPRISE, I built an early web product and its AWS delivery environment, operated the service for more than two years, responded to incidents, prioritized technical debt, and migrated a Nuxt.js legacy system toward SvelteKit. More recently, I have led a four-person team including three senior engineers, covering technical direction, work breakdown, schedule and capacity coordination, and code review.
I do not see leadership as knowing every answer in advance and issuing instructions. It means evaluating product goals together with technical constraints, setting priorities, and giving engineers enough context and shared standards to make sound decisions independently. When schedule and quality compete, I distinguish reversible choices from irreversible ones and make a practical decision around risk.
I solve repeated problems through shared systems and automation rather than relying on individual experience. Shared components, authorization and API patterns, review standards, and development guides reduce repeated discussion. I also manage technical debt against product risk and business priority instead of treating refactoring as an end in itself.
AI accelerates implementation, but it does not guarantee a finished product. I use it for requirement decomposition, architecture-option exploration, and drafts of implementation and tests, while defining failure conditions and verification methods before implementation begins. I validate results through code review, automated checks and tests, execution in the target environment, and pre- and post-release checks. When an issue is found, I capture its cause and a standard that prevents recurrence. AI-assisted speed becomes engineering productivity only when it is converted into product quality, and the engineer remains accountable for final technical decisions and outcomes.
I intend to keep writing code while contributing as a frontend engineering lead who reduces uncertainty across product, technology, and team boundaries. My goal is to help organizations make decisions more reliably, execute faster, and stay accountable for what they ship.
